I couldn't unlock my tuner because my car was wrecked so bad I couldn't even turn on the dashboard. I just decided I will sell it on eBay for hopefully $75-$100. Whoever buys it will have to pay $150 to unlock, but it still way cheaper than $380 new. This still sucks though. I can see why SCT does, but the penalty is way too high.
